A lot of compounds and lane houses are available in this area, and we have a great range of properties to offer people who want to live in this part of Shanghai. The price level might be a bit higher than in other parts of Shanghai, but it is definately worth it if you think about what this area has to offer.

This picture is from the amazing part of the former French Concession called Xintiandi. It´s a great and popular spot for tourists who visit downtown Shanghai – a great number of western restaurants are available, but the prices are pretty high.

Middle Huaihai Road is one of the most famous streets in Shanghai, and it connects the western and eastern part of the Former French Concession. Both sides of the streets are covered with amazing shopping opportunities and great international restaurants. This is really a great place to be during the hot months (March – September) in Shanghai.
